How quickly can I get up and running with SwagIQ?
Implementing SwagIQ is quick and painless. Using our easy-to-follow installation guide, your Salesforce administrator can have our solution installed in about 10 minutes. Then it's time to focus on the fun part: choosing the gifts that you know your prospects will love. Implementation includes a one hour gift consultation and most companies are up and running within ten days from ordering their gifts.
What can I send?
With SwagIQ, you're only limited by your imagination. Fun items our customers are currently sending include kites, Bluetooth speakers, popcorn makers, custom cards, branded totes, gourmet food, inspirational books and printed sales and marketing collateral. Tell us what you want to send, and we'll make it happen.
How do I send gifts?
Sending a gift through SwagIQ is easy. Open a contact in Salesforce, and click "Send Swag." Then you just need to choose the perfect item from your custom storefront, type a personalized message for the notecard, and click send!
Because of the 1:1 nature of gifting through SwagIQ, you won't have to batch process gifts to a list of contacts. Instead you'll send gifts to individual contacts at the right time in the sales cycle, allowing for a more personal touch that takes into account a contact's role and your relationship with them.
How do my salespeople know when to send a gift?
It's automatic. SwagIQ uses rules within Salesforce to identify the ideal time in your sales cycle to send a physical item, and then generates tasks to prompt sales reps to do so. You set the notification criteria to match your objectives, and your reps can pick the right gift from your company's custom gift store.
How do I know when my gift is delivered?
With SwagIQ, you can view all your delivery information right from Salesforce. Watch your gift progress from our fulfillment center to your prospect's door, and receive a notification via follow-up task 15 minutes after the gift is delivered. This enables your reps to make that perfectly timed phone call.
Can I customize my packaging?
Absolutely. SwagIQ offers all new customers an initial gift consultation to determine what gift options, packaging and personalization will best represent your brand and have the greatest impact on your prospects. You can keep it basic, or get intricate with custom logos, cards and even branded packaging options to make your gift stand out.
Can I send multiple gifts in one package?
Absolutely! PFL's Swag Bomb™
lets you send a gift to everyone in a defined group. This lets you hit everyone in the marketing department at once, for example. Need to reach multiple groups? Not a problem but consider using different swag for each one. PFL can help you tailor the swag to match the prospects you're reaching.
What reports can I generate through SwagIQ?
SwagIQ includes robust reporting capabilities like:
- Opportunities Influenced—view all won opportunities and compare your results driven by gifting.
- Revenue Influenced—see the total revenue generated by swag-influenced deals.
- Influenced Opportunities by Gift—see a breakdown of total won opportunities and total revenue generated by each item in your store.

Can I set budgets for gifting and track what my sales people are sending?
Yes. Once you enable Budget Management, you have full control to manage your team's SwagIQ budget. Set budget duration, amount, and whether unused funds carry over or reset. A few simple clicks will automate your gifting budget.
