FAQs
How do I get to Bozeman?
Bozeman is easily accessible via Gallatin Field Airport (BZN). You can easily take a ridesharing service
from the airport to our partner hotel, The Lark Hotel, and we recommend renting a car. Click here for shuttle information if you are staying at the Element Hotel.Where will the event take place?
Tuesday sessions will take place at PFL’s headquarters (100 PFL Way) in Livingston, MT. We will have a
shuttle from The Lark Hotel to PFL’s headquarters on Tuesday, July 16, departing at 1:00pm. Wednesday sessions will start in Downtown Bozeman at The Rialto Theater (10 West Main Street), which
is walking distance from The Lark Hotel, then will move over to The Baxter Hotel (105 West Main Street)
for the afternoon. Any other events that will take place will have transportation for you to take.Do I need a car?
If you’re staying downtown, we don’t recommend one as most everything is walking distance. If you do
decide to drive, parking is available in a nearby garage for $1/hour.What should I bring with me?
All meetings and meals are casual, so feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Bozeman is a
generally casual place, and the weather in July can be very hot during the day, rainy for a hard but short
spurt in the afternoon, and could possibly get cold at night (we’re at nearly 5,000 feet!). Definitely bring
layers for evenings in case it gets chilly!Need to convince your boss? Let us help you out.
