Amazon.com announced that in response to the current pandemic crisis, it is restricting its supply chain to receive only medical supplies and essential household items.
We want to assure our customer base that this does NOT affect PFL’s ability to deliver or fulfill product for direct mail. Amazon is not a supplier for PFL.
PFL has a 20+ year history of managing a competitive vendor network. In fact, PFL’s processes are so unique that we have patented our processes. We do all your printing, mailing, and fulfillment in house at our state-of-the-art facility, which is how we can guarantee the highest standards of quality for your product. It also makes us your single point of contact.
Our expert team members are actively working with our core supplier base and carriers to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our supply chain. Currently, our supply chain continues with minimal disruption.
We continue to assess the situation and have made changes to our working environment and schedule to help ensure the health and safety of our hard-working employees. See how our state-of-the-art facility is leading the state in preparedness.
Our partners are also taking precautions. FedEx has resumed shipments to India, Spain, and Italy and has implemented temporary international surcharges. We are seeing 5-7 day delays when shipping from China.
There are no reported disruptions or delays to any domestic shipments reported by FedEx or any of our other carriers.
