We love our customers. So much so, in fact, that we dedicated our 2017 Big Sky: Big Ideas summit to them and the experience we can deliver for them. We brought together local and national thought leaders to reimagine customer engagement and the future of business and technology. And we did it all from the wilds of beautiful Montana.
The main event saw speakers such as Terminus Co-Founder, Sangram Vajre and Salesforce Strategic Research VP Peter Coffee and discussed topics ranging from marketing from the heart to the future of data.
The PFL Executive Forum, which led up to the main summit, offered deep dives into some of the most important topics facing our companies today. Thought leaders like Matt Heinz, David Lewis and more showed us how to cross the ever-wobbly bridge between sales and marketing teams and the growing importance of multichannel marketing.
It was a summit of exploration into what it means to be a customer-centric company, how to push your customers mental “buy button” and how to think beyond this quarter and into the next 100 years of our businesses.
