VOMELA REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

The Vomela Referral Rewards Program (“Program”) is sponsored by Vomela Holdings, LLC., 845 Minnehaha Ave E, St. Paul, MN 55106 (“Vomela” or “Sponsor”). By submitting or accepting a referral or reward, each participant agrees to these Program Terms.

1. PROGRAM PERIOD. The Program begins on [LAUNCH DATE] and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2026, unless modified, suspended, or terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms. Referrals must be received during the Program Period.

  1. ELIGIBILITY. The Program is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old. The person submitting the referral must be a currentVomela customer or prospect who received an invitation to participate in the Program. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Vomela, or their affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate or receive rewards.  

The following individuals are not eligible to receive a reward:

  • Federal, state, local, or foreign government officials or employees;
  • Healthcare professionals or other individuals whose acceptance of the reward could implicate healthcare fraud, abuse, or anti-kickback restrictions;
  • Procurement or purchasing personnel involved in an active or anticipated Vomela sourcing, bidding, contracting, or purchasing decision;
  • Anyone prohibited from accepting the reward under applicable law, regulation, contract, ethics requirement, or employer policy; and
  • Anyone  Vomela determines is legally or ethically ineligible to receive the reward.
  1. QUALIFIED REFERRAL. A “Qualified Referral” means a referred person who:
  • Authorized the referrer to provide their business contact information to  Vomela and agreed that Vomela may contact them regarding the referral;
  • Is a current employee of the same organization as the referrer;
  • Has responsibility for or material influence over retail signage, fleet or transportation graphics, events or experiential marketing, marketing collateral, or a related business area;
  • Has not previously worked with  Vomela;
  • Is not already identified in Vomela’s records as an existing customer contact, lead, prospect, referral, or active sales opportunity;
  • Is not the person submitting the referral; and
  • Otherwise satisfies these Program Terms.

The referred person is not required to agree to a meeting, request a quote, make a purchase, or enter into any other business arrangement for the referral to qualify or for an eligible participant to receive a reward. Vomela will determine whether a referral satisfies these requirements based on their records and the information submitted.

  1. AUTHORIZATION TO SHARE INFORMATION. Before submitting a referral, the referrer must obtain the referred person’s authorization to provide their business contact information to Vomela.  

By submitting a referral, the referrer certifies that:

  • The submitted information is accurate;
  • The information was not obtained from a purchased, scraped, or compiled marketing list;
  • The referred person authorized the disclosure of their information to Vomela;
  • The referred person agreed that Vomela may contact them regarding the referral;
  • The referral complies with both individuals’ employer policies; and
  • Neither the referral nor the acceptance of a reward violates applicable law, regulation, contract, or ethics requirement.

Vomela may request additional information or confirmation of this authorization.

  1. REWARDS. After verifying a Qualified Referral, omela will provide the eligible referrer and referred person with one $50 Amazon e-gift card each. Please allow approximately one to two weeks after qualification for delivery. There is no limit on the number of rewards an eligible participant may receive, provided each submission is a separate Qualified Referral and otherwise satisfies these Terms. Only one reward may be issued for each unique Qualified Referral. If more than one person refers the same contact, only the first complete and eligible referral received by Vomela will qualify.  

Rewards:

  • Are not transferable;
  • May not be substituted or redeemed for cash;
  • May not be assigned to another person; and
  • May not be replaced if lost, deleted, or delivered to an incorrect email address supplied by the participant.

Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.  Vomela may request tax documentation before issuing a reward and may report cumulative rewards to tax authorities when required by law.

  1. EMPLOYER POLICIES AND RESTRICTED RECIPIENTS. Each participant is responsible for confirming that participation in the Program and acceptance of a reward is permitted by their employer. An eligible participant who is not permitted or does not wish to accept a reward may decline it by contacting [PROGRAM EMAIL ADDRESS].

No reward is offered or provided in exchange for awarding business, influencing a purchasing decision, providing preferential treatment, agreeing to a meeting, requesting a quote, or taking any official or business action on behalf of an employer.

  1. CONTACT AND PRIVACY. Vomela may use information submitted through the Program to:
  • Administer and evaluate the Program;
  • Verify eligibility;
  • Prevent fraud or misuse;
  • Deliver and track rewards;
  • Contact the referred person regarding the referral; and
  • Provide information about relevant Vomela products and services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the [Vomela Privacy Notice]. The referred person’s telephone number is optional. Providing a telephone number through a referral does not constitute consent to receive automated calls or text messages. Vomela will comply with applicable calling, marketing, and do-not-call requirements.

  1. DISQUALIFICATION. Vomela may disqualify any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, unauthorized, duplicative, fraudulent, abusive, generated through automated means, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. Self-referrals, fictitious referrals, mass submissions, referrals generated from purchased or scraped lists, and attempts to manipulate or circumvent the Program are prohibited.
  1. PROGRAM MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION. Vomela may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other circumstances materially affect the Program’s integrity or operation. Any modification, suspension, or termination will not unreasonably affect rewards already earned by eligible participants before the effective date of the change.
  1. AMAZON DISCLAIMER. Amazon is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this Program. Amazon, Amazon.com, the Amazon.com logo, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon e-gift cards are subject to Amazon’s applicable gift-card terms and conditions.
  1. GENERAL TERMS. The Program is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Questions regarding the Program may be directed to [PROGRAM EMAIL ADDRESS].
